Do I need to attend the visit?
No. Once the details and authorization are confirmed, care can be arranged without you being present.
Can every headstone be cleaned?
The material and condition need to be assessed first. Fragile or damaged memorials may require a specialist rather than cleaning.
How can I pay?
We accept cash and Interac e-Transfer to twincitypie@yahoo.com. Wait until we confirm your booking and final price before sending payment. Include your booking reference in the transfer message. Cash payment arrangements are confirmed with you directly.
Are flowers included?
No. Flowers are an optional extra, starting at $50 CAD for one regular bouquet, in addition to cleaning or grave-care charges. Include your request in the booking notes; bouquet details and the final total will be confirmed with you.
Can I choose an anniversary date?
Yes, include the date in your request. Availability, weather and cemetery access must be confirmed before a visit is agreed.
How much will it cost?
Services start at $99 CAD. Headstone cleaning is $125 CAD for stones up to 3 feet in length × 2 feet in width. Each additional foot in either dimension adds $15; extra length and width are added together. For example, a 4 ft × 3 ft headstone is $155 before any agreed condition or travel adjustments. Partial-foot charges and the final total are confirmed in your quote before work starts.
